I worked with Kevin Evans and his team (Galeann & Mallory) to purchase my first home and really can’t say enough good things about them. They are very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over  the course of several months). Kevin answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Kevin and his team made it as painless and straightforward as possible.
