Best experience ever!

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Saint Johns, FL.  Kevin was great! As an out of state buyer he helped us all the way.  We came down for a long weekend and saw many different listings.  When eh showed us this one we were home.  Kevin helped us put in a successful off in a multi offer situation.  Kevin handled all inspections and walked through for us as we were out of state.  He met me at the door with the key on moving day.  Best experience ever!
